Sale Rules

This Returns and Refunds Policy is provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
